This role will see you showcase your food & beverage experience with some of the best canapes & beverages from our various restaurants at The Star Gold Coast. Your warmth, attention to detail, and dedication to providing exceptional service will set the tone for a truly unique experience. A few of your responsibilities: Assist and respond to all guest enquiries, ensuring exceptional guest service Ensure all Food & Beverage offerings are replenished, dishes and crockery are cleared, and the lounge is well presented Collaborate seamlessly with to ensure a cohesive and streamlined experience for guests Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas throughout operational hours Uphold Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards and protocols at all times What we are looking for: Proven experience in hospitality or a customer service environment, preferably in food and beverage operations A warm and welcoming approach to delivering exceptional customer service Excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming A sound knowledge of the local area and Gold Coast events Flexibility to work from 4:00pm to 8:00pm for 3-4 shifts/week (approximately) Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment About you: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
